The grieving process is one of the most powerful tools that we have. Grieving is the way that we process our ideas and emotions and transform them to new and better ones. We don’t just grieve for deaths or losses in our lives, but for happy experiences as well. As an Empath, I am deeply familiar with the grief process and am able to help others recognize, identify, understand, and process feelings held regarding loss, trauma, and life transitions. An integral component of transformation is the mourning process and deciphering how to move forward in life – creating a new relationship with that which has passed allowing you to open your heart and mind to allow the new to enter.
